Student Terms of Service & Academy Guidelines
Welcome to New Ideal Nursing Academy (NiNA). By accessing our courses, enrolling in the Target ANM & GNM 2027 Entrance Batch, or using our website and study materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility
Enrollment in the Target ANM & GNM 2027 Entrance Preparation Batch is open to all students aspiring to appear for the 2027 West Bengal & National nursing entrance examinations. It is the responsibility of the student/parent to ensure they meet the statutory minimum age and educational criteria set by the respective Nursing Councils and Examination Boards.
2. Course Fees & Special Offer Policy
The special introductory batch fee of ₹1,500 Only (discounted from regular ₹2,000) covers complete syllabus classes, downloadable PDF notes, weekly mock test series, and mentor doubt-solving sessions for the full 2027 academic session. All fees must be paid via authorized payment gateways or verified admission counselors before access to course batches and study portals is granted.
3. Intellectual Property & Study Material Rights
All study materials, PDF notes, question banks, mock test papers, class recordings, and curricula provided by NiNA are protected by copyright. They are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use by the registered student. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of NiNA materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrollment.
4. Live Classes & Mock Test Guidelines
Students are expected to maintain active attendance in scheduled live lectures and participate in weekly online/offline mock tests. NiNA faculty reserves the right to moderate batch groups and discussion channels to maintain a respectful, disciplined learning environment.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because course slots, downloadable PDF materials, and faculty mentor allocations are activated immediately upon registration, batch fees are non-refundable once enrollment has been finalized and study access delivered, except in verifiable technical failure cases as determined by NiNA administration.
6. Disclaimers & Exam Results
While NiNA provides high-yield coaching, comprehensive syllabus coverage, and rigorous mock assessments to maximize student success, final ranks and selection in government/private nursing colleges depend on individual student effort, exam performance, and official board reservation quotas.
